It was a sunny day in greenleaf, and Hazelkit came sprinting up to Runekit, Mistykit, and Silverkit, who were practicing a move that Bramblestalk had shown them in case any clans attacked, or worse, badgers or foxes. It was a simple move, involving sliding beneath the underside of other cats, and raking your claws on their stomach as you passed. Runekit was being the enemy cat this time, and Mistykit was trying to rake her stomach with sheathed claws. Runekit had been doing fine with dodging her, but then Hazelkit barreled into her, pushing her to the ground, crushing both Runekit and Mistykit.

So she jumped off the fence, and breathed in the familiar scent of the forest. She started walking, and eventually came to the Great Sycamore.
She was exhausted, and she laid down. She fell asleep, and had the same dream she had had for the past two moons. She saw all the Thunderclan leaders, and Thunderstar started to say something, but she always woke up first. This time, it was Fogtail nudging her awake.
“What is a kittypet doing in Thunderclan lands?” he spat.
“I am Thunderclan.” mewled Silverkit, but she sounded scared in her own ears. “My parents are Bramblestalk and Moonflower.”
